Medico-Legal Experience
Dr Sabaz has extensive experience undertaking neuropsychological assessments for both defendant and plaintiff solicitors, including writing joint defendant and plaintiff reports whenever required.
Dr Sabaz has seen patients for medico-legal assessment who have sustained an acquired brain injury from motor vehicle and work-related accidents, neonatal injury and medical negligence.
Dr Sabaz’s reports clearly document a person’s cognitive abilities and deficits, prognosis and long-term care and support needs.
What Dr Sabaz Can Offer
- Assessment of Permanent (Whole Person) Impairment. Dr Sabaz has undertaken the Motor Accidents’ Authority (MAA) training in WPI ratings for the nervous system.
- Dr Sabaz is able to travel to other locations to undertake assessment of patients if this is required. Extra fees do apply.
- Electronic delivery of medico-legal reports available (i.e. PDF).
